From the mid 1980's I believe. This is the active version. There were cheaper passive version of these about, but this is the active version with a new battery fitted. Volume. Passive tone Control Active tone bass/treble boost 3 position pickup selector switch Active/passive switch. The controls are a tad confusing but I think that's right Every thing works as it should, she needs new strings. There are several age/play related dings but nothing major. The neck is sound, has one ding on the back but again not major, it is straight and true and the action quite low. There is one black knob missing, the smaller one in the pictures is from my bits box to make the pics look a bit better, so you will need to source a black knob! Cherry burst I believe, fabulous high gloss finish with a few very light dings and buckle rash. Includes strap locks. The upper bout one has two holes, this is basically covered over by a washer and the strap lock assembly, but there is a chip in the finish which can be seen if you take the strap lock off. Schaller tuners. Includes very good condition hard case. The cavities have been professionally shielded at some stage. Fab sound and quite rare. MIJ in 1993/94, from the T serial number. SOLD
