Just in from Kevin at Sadowsky HQ, note they have dropped "Guitars" from the head stock it now just says NYC. Can't wait for delivery now, and i'm pleased with my colour choice and that I chose the tort guard rather than standard black one: -
Ah yes, I know the one, suggested to Roger she might look better as a 7 string with just a piezo instead of any pickups and some Ibanez-style tuners on, those hipshots weren't doing it for me. Oh and it's got a perspex body on it now too... Haha, didn't see it, but I'm sure you're in for a treat when it arrives! What a lovely bunch of guys they are.
You had me going there for a moment when I first read it! you nasty person you ! -

Superb very early T40 for sale. This is an early one from 1979 I believe, the serial number is stamped into the back of the head stock 00376905. It also has "Patent Applied For" on the head stock so I think pre dates the ones with "Patent Pending" on. Made in USA of course. In original condition, though I think one of the switches has been changed and the 3 position pup selector has lost its plastic tip. Fabulous and un damaged maple neck and board bar a mark on the edge of the 5th and 6th frets, these are only small. The rear of the neck is in mint condition. Original open gear tuners and string through body. Original huge bridge, stamped again made in USA. Original pickups, these show some play wear to the black plastic inserts. There is a little rash on the back and general play wear here and there. Plays great, very low action and no rattles, and a great phat sound. All controls and switches work as they should. Comes in padded Warwick gig bag. £[s]495[/s] NOW REDUCED TO £399 shipped. Paypal gift or bank transfer please. -
Classic 7 band graphic and on board compressor. 300 watts, all in working order and good condition, there is some light bobbling to the carpet covering, the 4 grommets for the amp screws are missing as is the green insert on the volume control, it was like that when I got it. Stupidly loud and very capable 1x15" combo, with compressor, classic 7 band switchable graphic & switchable "Trace tone" pre shape switch. DI out etc... SOLD shipped mainland UK. pp gift or transfer as this is gonna cost a tad for me to ship! Apologies I should have dusted it before taking the pics! Made in Japan in the mid 60's. In full working order, both pups work, as do the switches and controls. Some age related dings and scratches on the body, the neck is fine with no damage. All original, bar the screws on the white scratch plate and possibly the bridge ash tray. Bound & blocked finger board. A bit of the skirt on the tone control is missing. Really nice solid sound. £195 shipped. pp/transfer
