  2. Hey guys, just managed to take some nice photos. [s]£750...[/s]£650

This is a 1996/7 USA thunderbird.

Condition wise, i would say a 7/10. the neck pickup has been replaced with an EB-O stye pickup.

    comes with original hard-case.

    Frets are perfect.

There has not been any addition routing on the replaced pick up, so if you would like to go back to the original its not an issue.

    Price is £750
Trade wise i'm very open please send me your offers!

    have a listen!

  3. Hello everyone at bass chat!

I'll get straight to the point. I'm looking to thicken up my portfolio of musical productions...

As i'm due some downtime i think it would be a great time to offer some free mix sessions (why? well we both win... i want more experience of mixing a complete strangers music, the experience further develops my skills and looks great on my CV, and as a result you will get a great sounding mix)

Hear is some good samples of my work. not everything... some work is not yet released and i'm obviously not allowed to post it online before its distributed properly.

i have a lot of tools and skill at my disposal. i can tighten drums into time, fix tuning, re'amp guitars and bass, and do a professional sounding mix in a professional studio.

all you have to do is get in contact. (all styles of music welcome)

    email: [email protected]
    phone: 07414928603

    a few things to note...

•i will only mix pro tools, or logic projects OR consolidated PCM stems.
•i will NOT do a 'remix'... do not ask.
•the content has to be at least at a certain level of quality or i wont invest my time. I mean musically, if i don't think the song is ready (at a basic songwriting level). this is nothing to do with taste, i am very musically open.

anyway, this is a great opportunity... i spend hours working on mixes and i want to make brilliant music. you have nothing to loose whatsoever!!!

Looking forward to hearing your music! get in touch....

    Robert.

  4. Hello everyone,

i have some recent down time on the horizon...My preposition is that i am offering FREE mix sessions for anyone who is part of the bass chat community.

Below are example of my work. (please note, for reason due to music being currently unrealised i am only allowed to show a few tracks on sound cloud)

i have just finished working of a re-release project which is due to be released on Japanese label D*dis.

Pro Tools projects AND Logic pro...Or alternatively bounced .WAV/.AIFF files form your alternative DAW.

Im afraid that if the project is too badly recorded or not to a suitable standard then i won't invest time working with it. needles to say, it does not have to be amazing release quality.

i won't bore you with equipment lists... but i have assess to a very good studio in south west london.\

Sned me you're project. and you will get back something you will really find pleasing. its free, i am doing to it because i love it. and i want to focus on mixing works of other who are complete strangers.

Look forward to hearing from someone.

  5. You guys are right! For me it is genuinely fun to play.
Mine has has a nordstrand two band and bartolini jazz pickups. Wish I could know the difference but to be honest it's the first Warwick I've owned! I really fancy a corvette as well now..... Oh dear.

  6. i just got a warwick thumb, i love it. this thing not only sound great but despite its tiny size feels tremendously solid. At first, i thought it would be a bit too 'modern' sounding for me, but no i was wrong i love it..

any happy warwick thumb owner out there? :) ... :D :D

  7. i sold an old 'key guitar' on ebay for £60. i scratched my name into the finish for a reason I'm not too sure about about. anywho.... they where selling it for £199!,
the shop was wunjos guitars, nice guys... but overpriced rubbish in there. all the other shops seam to hate customers. but to be honest... they must get sick of all the tourists wondering down there getting there greasy mits over there gear with no intention of buying

  8. Hello everyone, this just came in the post!... happy days. no, it makes a horrible sound, a crackling distorted sound that is reflective on the low notes in particular.

well i filmed it and you can hear the noise... anyone heard it before?

    •tried different cable
    •its not my house
•the issue down not happen when headphones are used!,

I'm calling thomman tomorrow... thing is i don't know if they will charge me to send it back! :( (not cheep!!!)
