Anyone tried one with a Barefaced Super 12? I reckon that would make an epic lightweight, ridiculously loud rig!

I haven't tried a super 12, but I use it with a compact and it is very much an epic lightweight, ridiculously loud rig -
I can PM you what mine cost new, but sure you probably paid the same...

There's something functional about Fenders and Musicman basses, they just don't look right with gold hardware to my eyes.
See now if for me, you took the original bass pictured, and swapped all gold hardware, for all BLACK hardware... then yeah, nice. -

It looks like a wide boy's en-suite.

Hahaha, eloquently summed up -
That's a nasty bass!

Let us know how the shimverb and pitch box are Shep! I'm mainly interested in the pitch box myself.
-
Quite fancy a couple of these, where's best to get them from? (other than direct)

I'm bidding on one at the moment.

I was watching it out of interest as well, I bet the reserve was the same as the BIN price on it. I probably would have if I was anywhere near to pick up. -
Nice matching headstock.

Bought a daisy chain from Shep, great transaction, quick and easy with great comms! Cheers mate!

Just got back from a gig, and decided due to lack of space in the car, I wasn't taking the matamp and 6x10, so after all the time I've had the bass terror, this was its first gig! So far it's been reserved to my man-cave at home, so it's never really been put through it's paces.
It's a monster! That thing gets loud quick. Love it. May well get used for more gigs now, cos it was just so easy to shift around and sounded great. -

As for using the same picture. Do you get the bass you see pictured on the Shops website?
Nah, can't agree with this at all, pics should be of the bass for sale, laziness is no excuse, I would want to see what I am expected to pay for, especially when you know it's been modded. At the very very least it should state that the bass isn't the one pictures if that's the case. -
I think the sticking point is that it's currently not being offered as something it's not.
-
The white ones been pulled now anyway by the look of it...
-
With that budget I would just look into a custom build to exactly what you want maybe?
-
Absolutely stunning bass!

Because this is not Talkbass and we don't judge people for their choices.
Have a nice day.

Quoted for the lulz -
Nice... And subscribed!

Currently scrolling round the fuzzrocious site, hadn't heard of them till this, now it appears they are used by many of the bands I'm into!
How much did it work out costing once it was delivered and had import tax if you don't mind me asking? -
It's immense!!!!!

Damn, yeah! Do want. All your fault! -

Great, thanks for replying to my PM
Cant tell if that is sarcasm, probably isn't since you are a global mod...
Nice bass that! -
Have a 'shame no trades' bump
-
Cheers
-
Oh, did the cab go in the end, is it just the head left?
-
Have an 'I keep looking at this and thinking of trades but I shouldnt' bump!
Alternatives to microkorg for synth bass?
in General Discussion

Not sure how much bigger the keys are cos I've never used a microkorg, but I use a novation bass station, gonna flog it soon, cos I only use it for one song
