From memory, the last order I placed with them took around 10 days.

In my experience they're usually pretty good. My last one was a Sire P5 in early December last year, think it took around 3 working days - super quick.

Their customer service has always been good too. Might be worth pinging them if you have opportunity

For what it might be worth; I emailed Thomann about the tracking number not working and I got a response within about 10 minutes: "the tracking details are only recognised once the package clears customs and arrives in the UK which normally takes 3 working days from dispatch. 

Delivery to the UK takes approximately 4-7 working days so we would kindly ask that you refer to the tracking details for further updates". 

I suspect New Year holidays have delayed your shipment getting through customs and I understand that new Brexit customs procedures came in force as of the New Year, so that is likely to cause a backlog. However, if you are worried about it, I would drop them an email: as I just found out, you get a very quick response.
