  1. no previous issues with this. Not used for a while but yesterday evening played (home) at low volume for about 20 minutes ....  and then nothing. Not powering up. I’ve changed the kettle lead with no change. The fan wasn't on but can't recall if this is permanent or kicks-in when required (?) - but no apparent heat (or 'smell'). I checked the 2 internal (glass) fuses and both OK (... was hoping this might be the simple fix)............

    Any thoughts / ideas ?......

  2. Fender Deluxe Active Okoume 4 string Jazz Bass. Sounds/plays great - looks to be a MiM version of the USA Vic(tor) Bailey signature model (limited edition) with similar concept, pickups EQ / active etc... Could pass for a brand new instrument. 3. Taken from a 'new' (to me) bass. I won't be using them but appreciate that they're an expensive buy when new (c. £45 - 80 depending on make/brand). I had thought they might be Roto Tru Bass (?) but the gauges seem lighter at c. 50/65/85/105 (similar to D'addario version). If anyone recognises them, let me know or add to the thread. The lengths are: E (100); A (105); D (105); G (104) 2 + 2 headstock (32" scale). Includes postage :-

@eubassix off topic but that must sound amazing thru that Greenboy F112 - I just got one thanks to a buddy here for my Mesa D800 and it’s just shocking good!

Can I see a Dr Bass badge on that cab? Did he make F112s?

.. to clarify, I can confirm that this is actually (a bit of) the DR.BASS 1260 Compact Cab (3-way 300w/8-ohm)  - I don't really know the Greenboy ('Fearless') F12 but there do appear to be some similarities in the specs.

  5. Fender BXR 400 Dual Bass amp. Effectively two 200 Watt Amplifiers that you can Bi-Amp into the full 400 Watts. 11 Band Graphic EQ and Deltacomp Compression with an adjustable Crossover. This is a very dependable and reliable amp. These can be Rack Mounted (3U). Pro Level amp. Affordable Vintage Made In USA Amplifier! From The Web: Features: Dual 200 watt Amplifiers Bi-amplified design with built in crossover. 11 Band Graphic EQ for tone shaping XLR DI out for PA or recording Cosmetically the amp shows signs of use but is in good working order and aestheticall pretty good for its age (probably late 80's / early 90's). This amp head is very heavy. Could be difficult to courier (?) but would check if interested. OK to arrange meet-up north-east / north-yorks area(s), for 'cost'. Great for (home) studio (where I've had it), or if you have a regular spot/location. ' incudes 'manual' (full details, downloaded from internet)

  7. WOLFPAK deluxe BASS hard case. Excellent condition (interior / exterior - see photos). Bass NOT included - just there for demonstration. Probably the best case of this type I've seen/used (carefully- it's in great condition). WolfPak bno longer seem to do instrument cases - but their range of backpacks (current) are similarly exceptional (and expensive).

Features include: gain, bass, mid, treble, prescence, volume; input, 10dB gain, CD input, line-out, limiter, headphones, FX loop (rear). Cab/unit can also be back-angled

Apeiron H Edition series with "The Hybrid" pickup system. [1] Volume Control · [2] Pickup Pan Control Tone Controls: [3] Bass Tone Control· [4] Treble Tone Control & Passive Tone Control*The centre position is flat, rotating the control clockwise will boost and rotating the control counter clockwise will cut the tone. * A specially designed pot that works as a classic passive tone control in the single coil mode and as an active treble EQ in the parallel humbucking mode. [5] working mode toggle switch. The toggle switch controls the Apeirons integrated "The Hybrid" mode management by switching the pickups internal wiring, activating or de-activating the EQs and changing the signal paths simultaneously to shift between the both classic sounds at one touch. When the toggle switch is in towards the neck position the passive single coil mode is activated (full bodied early 60´s single coil characteristics with true hardware-bypass and passive tone control). When the switch is in towards the bridge position the Apeiron works in the biting humbucking mode (low resistance parallel bridge pickup coils and two-band active electronics). Tech note: In the humbucking mode, you´re able to combine the hybrid pickup with the neck pickup, too. This is an additional feature. But take note, that use of the neck side single coil pickup in may cause hum (Apeiron H Edition only), if driven with the active electronics. To achieve an authentic sound, you should turn the balance knob fully backwards - and so your bass is hum-free. Apeiron HP Edition basses have a hum-free split-coil humbucker in neck position.
