  1. It is. It took long enough for him to do, but it likes the finish you see on the Pedulla basses
  2. I did - about 5 minutes after putting up the first post of the ad, I rejigged the price. I had second thoughts and took into account the extra I paid out to have the epoxy finish on the neck done. (may include a free case though)
  3. Bit early to say at this stage. Thanks for the interest
  4. The Marcus is mint and a great bass. Its a superb bass for slapping and has a really, really low action. Asking £460 for it. NOW SOLD: PENDING PAYMENT The fretless is a CIJ bass I bought a few months back from Ishibashi. I then had JON Shuker put an epoxy finish on the fretboard, so not only does it have loads of Mwaah factor, it isnt't worn in any way. Also has the US Vintage pick ups. Once again, the bass is in mint condition and has the scratchplate too, as an optional extra. I am now asking £370. The fretless also has a Fender hard case
  5. VX3500 Combo for sale. Gigged once, rehearsed twice. Mint condition - £290 Based in merseyside area.
  6. I had a similar problem with my MM Jazz. I took it to a local repairer and he managed to sort it. It was an issue with the screening and the electrics werent grounded properly. Needless to say it is now solved.
  7. My Jazz Fretless arrived today. It was sent out from Japan on Sunday, arrived in the UK on Monday - then took until today to arrive at the local Parcel "farce" depot. Ishibashi were excellent, but as usual - once it arrived in the UK, it was delayed. Plus I had to pay £86 customs charges. The bass is excellent and sounds great - I would highly recommend the Japanese option - far superior to the US/Mexican Fenders I have played.
  8. Ordered a JB62-85FL (fretless) from Ishibashi last Thursday. I was told there may be a delay because the banks are on holiday for a week (some sort of national holiday for banks?). Either way, ordering from Japan seems a better option than some of the UK dealers. I tried contacting three UK dealers for quotes and availability and wasn't very happy with the results. One guy does not seem to reply to emails at all (not a great way to attract new customers) and the other chap said Fender Japan do not make fretless models (?). Plus why pay more, when it's cheaper to buy direct!
