I changed the preamp myself Your bass is just slightly different - I have two piece bridge (from your pictures it is hard to see if you have the same) and you have just small battery cover at the back (and that is nice), but my bass has big black cover for the preamp Do you know how old is your bass? Mine was built in 2002.

I know the luthier Aleš Vychodil - he did some reapairs and service on my basses... Great guy... Also had a chance to play his basses - very well built, great tone, nice finishes... I would definitely recomend to try his axes
