3.
These are lovely basses Neil . Is the ramp with the bass too? Also liking the Eden rig - I still have mine . Is that a 610 XLT?
Thanks! The ramp could come with it - took it off for photos - it's constructed from layers of black gaffer tape, not wood. I have the Eden rig but get little chance to use it; I have two 2x12 cabinets wit a Navigator preamp and WT1000 power amp.

7. *PRICEDROP* £95 These are modern design dual blade humbucking pickups. They each feature four NEO magnets paired with three steel blades. This provides an even string sensing field across the width of the pickup. They offer a modern yet rich and lush tone. They are also designed to be split to single coil for a great vintage inspired J bass tone. Size: EMG35 (1.51″ x 3.52″) Sensing Area 2.903" (73.7mm)
8. *PRICEDROP* £175 *SOLD NOW* Alembic AXY (narrow aperture) pickups. Using ceramic magnets and a low impedance, hum-cancelling winding, Alembic pickups must be combined with their active system to boost the signal sufficiently. There are two control options; either "Q" control (a sweeping, narrow band boost) or bass & treble controls. Uses 9V- 48V power supply.) Can also be used with ACG EQ filter-type preamp made by John East. Originally from an ’80s Aria bass - they were licensed to install Alembic electronics in their high-end basses. Overall size 4” (101.6mm) x 1 & 11/16” (43mm) Cable length 12’’ (30 cm) - no Alembic connectors Resistance: 7.5k ohm approx. 9. I bought a Cort Rithimic V Jeff Berlin 5-string in 2016, which was in perfect condition, in a hard case then wrapped in cardboard. No problems at all!
10. Runs on 9V battery or power adapter. Does not include power adapter, sorry, and in fact I normally remove the battery when I sell effects pedals as the Post Office are sometimes sniffy about sending things with a battery in.
11. I have installed the onboard version of this preamp in various Fender basses, as its characteristics really lend it to enhancing their tone. Definitely recommended if you don’t want to alter your passive bass, but need a little extra something. Condition as new - hardly used. £105 inc postage. Price new $220. Review from Demeter website: Mark Browne on 30/11/2016: ‘In my (humble) opinion, this is the best EQ for bass in a stomp box format. I sometimes need EQ on my vintage passive basses in the studio and live. This unit has the best EQ points and overall best musical sound. What else would you expect from Demeter Amplification?’ BEQ-PB Bass EQ Preamp Pedal is a pedal version of our famous on board Bass EQ. It has active equalisation for treble, middle and bass. The unit was first designed in 1981 and was fine tuned with the help of Alfonso Johnson, Bob Glaub and Leland Sklar. The treble and bass are both shelving controls with 14dB of boost and cut @ 6dB per octave. The middle control is a peak control with plus and minus 12dB of cut and boost @ 6dB per octave. A gentle slope of 6dB per octave was chosen because the amount of phase shift is greatly reduced and the resulting sound is both more cohesive and natural with very little of the comb filtering that would normally happen with a 12dB per octave approach. The unit also has a master volume control, internal gain trimmer (with up to 9dB of gain), a battery jack usable with any regulated supply (9 to 27 volts), a bypass footswitch and an indicator LED. 14. I’ve had this bass from new since 1998 (although the serial number on the headstock N9395547 is meant to be for 1999 - however they used some N9 prefixes in 1990 and it’s possible that at some point I swapped the neck) when I played it on the Brian May Band tour, and it was my main bass for quite a few years in the Queen musical We Will Rock You. I played it on 2 shows standing in with Queen + Paul Rodgers in 2008, and with Queen and the We Will Rock You cast at Queen Elizabeth II’s Golden Jubilee Concert at Buckingham Palace in 2002. Sorry, no, it didn’t belong to John Deacon! I have modified it to be more versatile, with: Bartolini P-bass pickup John East P-Retro circuit (see below) Badass II bridge Hipshot Lite tuners Hipshot Bass Xtender on E string for drop D tuning etc Dunlop Straploks There are quite a few dings and scratches from being used a lot, which don’t show up very much on the photos.
