By the way that photo was taken about 2yrs ago.... not in 2004.... I am just to thick to fix the date thing on the camera.

The cabs are in County Durham NE England. Oh and I flogged the heads to getr the VBA.

Just as an update......

The 4 x 10's each have 4 Celestion "Professional Loudspeaker" G10-100 CE

The look a likey Jubillee 1x15 was a Marshall 1550 cab which was widened to have same width as the Jubillee 4x10.

Both 1 x 15 have a Celestion Sidewinder S15 -250

All cabs are 8 ohm.
I'm interested...but mainly the 4 x 10 as the size of the 2 together will have the band's van owner complaining about the weight.
The 4x10 is rather heavy compared to the 1 x 15, Where are youj based?

not too far from yourself. Tyneside

I would prefer the 4 x 10 despite the weight difference.1 x 15 is a bit to dull on its own from past experience.

I would be interested to hear your price for the 4 x 10. you can always let me know via pm

thanks

if you sell the 4x10 i may be interested in the 1x15, how much would you want for it? i bought one of them 4x10s last week i didn't know they were called jubilee cabs , i wondered why i couldn't find anything at all about it by searching for the model number

If I had to split them I would charge £175 for the 4 X 10 and £75 for the 1 x 15. The reason for this being that the 4x10 is a genuine Jubilee whereas the 1 x 15 is a rebuilt Marshall 1550. What happened is that I bought the 1550 (back in the late 80's) and I wanted the matching Marshall 2 x 10. I ordered it from a local music shop.... When I turned up I thought blimey, thats a big box.... crikey it weighs a hell of a lot. When I got it home and opened up the packaging I realised that they had accidently send me the wrong cab.... and instead sent me the then top of the range cab.... I decided not to return the cab but rather got a carpennter mate to modify the 1 x 15 to fit. I later bought a complete Jubilee stack and discovered that 1 x15 had the same speaker (Sidewinder).

Any way... I am the original owner of both cabs and have had them since the 80's. They have never been flogged and work perfectly.

It would seem a real shame to split them especially as this is a really low price, and to be honest its really difficult to get a matching 1 x 15
