JTUK Posted April 2, 2010 Share Posted April 2, 2010 I only use one GS and they do indeed project low notes well. The GS12 is reknown as being scooped somewhat in the mids..which I thought I would not like, but it works rather well as when you dial in those mids, they are there and useful but not harsh. A forgiving 12 IMO and 2 are supposed to sound so much better than the sum of... so I magine a GS412 is quite a monster. It might be regarded by some as a lesser 12 but I think it ( the GS ) has a different bias to the DB cab. I believe the chassis' of the GS and DB cabs are the same though, IIRC, just voiced differently through the cab design. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
