As the title suggests Im not sure which would be better suited for this hollow body style mudbucker equipped thumper. Im guessing a gibson equivalent would do the trick but any advice is welcome. Jean-Luc Pickguard Posted February 22, 2010 Share Posted February 22, 2010 (edited) The rule of thumb* with guitars is 500k for humbuckers, 250k for single coils (& I think its the same for basses) but whatever you get make sure you get CTS ones rather than generic cheapos - & if you're making the whole harness, get a switchcraft jack as well.
