Check out the video for the brand new Multiwave Bass Distortion Pro and other Source Audio pedals

The video goes through the different features of the pedal. I've been playing with it for a while at Source Audio and I have to say, all biases aside, it is a truly powerful pedal. My number one feature: it keeps the low end. Let me know your thoughts!

I think the Hot Hand is a pretty clever idea - the vid here shows a guitarist using it on his thumb, but with the amount of thumb-based techniques for bass players, it could be a useful tool.

Yeah I've used it on my thumb and it works very well. Essentially, with a wah pedal and slap, I'm trying to match the rhythm of the wah with my thumb. With the Hot Hand on my thumb, it happens automatically. I feel that this is what a lot of auto-wahs seek to achieve, but cannot fully reproduce. I could make a video for Source Audio of this technique if you're interested in hearing it. Let me know.

The pedal was just released this Tuesday. It is available through Tone Factor, Select Sounds and I believe Amazon.com at this point. Keep checking in at http://www.sourceaudio.net for updated distribution info
