krispn Posted November 3, 2009 Share Posted November 3, 2009 OK so there has been some chat on the official thread and this is in no way a hijack.... I noticed that some people are travelling alone to the show and others suggested some way of ID'ing fellow forumites. What if we arrange a little 'meet and greet' of our own? What about the cafe area at 11am...... maybe we could have a little sign printed with the Basschat logo and take it from there? Not sure how people feel about name badges but certainly a wee white sticker with 'BassChat' on it would allow people to know who fellow forumites are, pop over and say hi and not be wandering around alone. These type of shows are always better when you have someone to rave about gear to or to encourage you to demo some stuff If people know the layout of the venue and can suggest a more appropriate meeting point then please put your views forward. I wouldn't take much to arrange and could really make the day better for a lot of people who would otherwise be walking about alone.
