I think I need one for live work in one of my bands.

I can't find one for sale anywhere. I know the guy from a Genesis tribute band picked one up off the bay recently for £300. They seem to be thin on the ground though.

Cheers,

Hah hah! Thanks mate! I'm already on the case with that one. Problem is we can't value it, they're rarer than hens teeth. I don't want to enter into a bidding war with anyone else on here either.

Thanks again.
Yeah, but you know the way it is. When you want something at a certain time , it's never there.
I''ll keep a lookout in the meantime
Thanks mate!

I also have a saved search with instant email notification on the bay too. I have played a Steinberger Spirit guitar (very good for the money) and a Hohner G3T, the Hohner was better, but they don't make a double neck. The Spirit's for live, I have my Warwicks for recording. I've really got a bone in my chops for a double neck now :)

Hey thanks T! Looks really nice too. TBH, I think I'll keep looking for a headless though, that SG looks bloody heavy!

Thanks so much for letting me know mate. Cheers!

An arbiter of poor taste, you might say :)

On a serious note, they're supposed to be very good guitars those Arbiters.
TBH I've never heard of Arbiters before - is this a fair price ?
I nearly bought one just before Christmas on the bay, same as this one, I think it went for nearly £400 if I remember.

Thay are Japanese, I think from the Fujigen Gakki Factory. They are very good quality, like early Ibanez. Bassassin is an expert in all things Jap so he will know, drop him a PM. Arbiter also distributed Fender, and were also known as Dallas Arbiter when Dallas acquired them. Very good guitars as far as I know.
Those Steinberger Spirit things are small and cheap enough to make your own from two .. :)
Hah, I was having a chat with a bass builder friend of mine and we cooked up an idea of getting two Hohner cricket bats, bass and guitar, and doing just that. I may consider this if I get nowhere with getting a stock double. It would be laughably easy to do! I really like the Hohners as well, I've had a Hohner headless bass and guitar before. They are so good for the money.

Cheers.
