Broken Amp Help Please?

ok basically my amp is broken
here are the ''symptons''

high and low inputs are both high
makes a crackles noise when bass is pluged in
volume lowers when playing

its not the bass or cable cos ive tryed others

how much will it cost to get fixed or what is the problem


i will really apreciated any help

thanks sooooooooo much mate i just went at it with a pipe cleaner and i think its ok know

lol when i opened up the amp i found a map of the shetlands isles????

Yes, that's to be expected. Manufacturers often put maps inside amps to affect the tone. A map of the Shetlands will give you a peak in the high-mids which will sound really sweet. You did put the map back in, right?
