My Behringer cabs also have Bugera badges on them at least. IMO they're probably destined for the cheap and nasty end of the market, but as I've said many times my Behringer rig works fine for me, but don't believe for one second that those figures are accurate. And much less, if anyone is going to be playing large enough venues to warrant such power, they're not going to be looking to buy a behringer are they? I know a few young lads who've got some Bugera stuff, and it works fine WHILST IT WORKS. But they have, out of the 5 units they originally bought, had to get 4 replacements in the past year. They used the name 'Buggerer' (whatever) in theior bass cabs about 4 or 5 years ago when they were doing Harkte/Ashdown hybrids.
