HI All,

Right, here's the deal. I'm selling my Neural DSP Nano Cortex. Not because it's rubbish – quite the opposite. It's brilliant. Possibly too brilliant for someone like me who still uses the same three settings on every bit of gear they own.

This little box has more processing power than the computer that landed on the moon, and I've been using it to make my Jazz bass sound like... my Jazz bass, but slightly more expensive. It can capture the exact tone of any amp you point it at, store hundreds of profiles, and make you sound like you actually know what "mid-range scoop" means.

Condition: Excellent (No velcro)

Includes: Original box, DSP Power Supply, documentation I never read (I can't even remember if there is any...).

Why am I selling it?

  • The Upgrade Itch: There's a rather nice Markbass EVO/Multiamp for sale on this very boutique, which I would like to purchase, so I need to raise the cash! (Trades only considered for a Markbass EVO1 or Multiamp).
  • The Spousal Audit: My partner has started asking pointed questions about "exactly how many ways do you need to make the same noise?" and I don't have a good answer.

Price Note: £325 is less than I paid, and considerably less than my dignity is worth after admitting I don't really need it.

UK shipping available - happy to discuss options. EU shipping is unfortunately not possible due to the post-Brexit customs paperwork nightmare. Apologies to my continental low-end brethren.

Grab this while you can! Help me fund my next mistake! PM with any questions.

Regards,

Neil.

Been using my guitarist NC as he’s gone for a different effects unit. I’ve been impressed and this that it’s a wonderful choice for bass players. 4 presets is sufficient for many of us! I’ve not looked too deeply but there is a way to add a midi switcher and turn on or off individual fx too.

Solid wee unit!
