Completely new to me, never heard of them.  Obviously some sort of knockoff.  If it was closer to me I might consider going to see it.

It's not. It's a rebadged wesley cougar.

 

The brand was associated with antoria in the 70s, went under, then name revived by a budget brand in 90s. Its junk.

I was issued a Jazz version of this brand when I joined the RM Band Service. It was hot garbage, even for 1996.

These Jag-style basses are from 20 or so years ago, pre-dating Fender's own versions & appearing with various cheapo brands. I quite fancied a 'Stagguar' as a project but never found one for the £50 I'd have been willing to pay.
