Blues/soul music from BBC1 "Ambulance"

Just watched "Ambulance" on BBC1, 18th November. Towards the end at 54-00 there is some atmospheric blues music sung by a female. Anybody know anything about this song? I've searched the web and can find nothing.

Thank you! That's the song, right there. Good ole' Basschat...

 

Being lazy, I've loaded the MP3 file into Chordify to get the chords. This afternoon, I'll see if I can tab a version of the bassline.
