Ashdown ABM 600 - VU "light" not working. Any easy fixes?

Hi, 
Hopefully this is a simple fix and not something to do with the circuit board ...... but can anyone point me in the right direction?  Simple LED replacement or .....?

I had the same thing happen a couple of years ago, albeit on a behringer bass head (a sort of Ashdown copy-ish).

It was just the bulb that needed replacing.

Yep.  Contacted the all knowing Dave at Ashdown ...... Replacement bulb on its way.  Fantastic product support as usual.!!!  👍

Anyone know how to replace the bulb ..... It's probably really obvious, but i don't want to open the case up without knowing whether it's necessary or not ..... there loooks to be a way of just removing the VU unit from the front panel??

I've already asked Dave, but pending reply thought I'd ask here as, if easy, might try to fix it before gig at weekend.

What do you do with an amp that doesn't have one? That's right. Turn up the knobs you're used to and play using your ears like normal. Who takes any notice of a flickering needle anyway at any point? I like Ashdown gear but tbh its just another gimmIck to worry about. Just ignore it and play, bro.
