I have NO idea what these things are like as I've only rarely seen Walter Woods kit for sale, but it looks like one of the fanciest amps on this forum for quite some time! GLWTS!

Where is the mains voltage selector?

His designs a typically built for a specific voltage regions this one is 230V for Europe.

 

But about the switch.. the exact method depends on the amp version. I havent used it on this amp but its usually is a small internal slide switch, reachable through a rear vent or near the IEC power inlet. Other times it's a removable jumper inside the amp (less convenient) but I think this is the case for the blue light. 

 

But I am not 100% sure since I have only been using the amp in Europe.

Says 300w @ 8ohms on the cover. The model says MI 200-8.
