*Was looking at this last night and noticed it said 9-12v by the power input, so I’ve checked & tested it and it runs on a normal 9v pedalboard power or 12v, presumably there is more headroom at 12v, however I didn’t notice any difference - I know some were put off by the odd power requirements but I was mistaken! So there you are - run it the same as any other 9 or 12v pedal!*

Trades? Yes, just fire over what you have and I may be interested, need a few things currently 

 

Fantastic and practical little pedal this - massively boosts your volume and immediately creates a slap tone via a mid scoop and low & high end boost - works really well. This is used but in excellent condition and comes with original 12v power supply - tiny too so will squee onto most pedal boards no problem!

Gonna keep this I think - it’s a much better pedal than the price! I’ll leave it here overnight in case anyone did want it but was waiting to get in touch, otherwise I’ll withdraw in the morning 👍

Haha - I can always find a place in my board and a use for this pedal tbh, it’s just an immediate ‘sound better’ pedal 😁 It really shines for slap tho, my slap sound is quieter than my fingerstyle, and I also figured out (eventually!)  that I don’t want a dirty great mid scoop in my EQ, but this just gives you instant miller when you need it, then you can shut it off and go back to your boring tone with mids in it - it’s not the only use but it’s bloody great for that. I’ve actually done an ampless gig not long ago with this as my only preamp into a Harley Benton Magnum DI with a cabsim as I had sold my GK Plex and hadn’t received the replacement and it sounded class tbf, I only had the VPF at 10 o’clock but it was decent (and made me question why I actually bother pissing around with allsorts of different setups). Anyway I put anything I wasn’t using (and some stuff I was) up for sale to get me through a financial bind but I’m pretty much sorted now - if you do want it @lee650 shout me but I’m definitely pulling it in the morning otherwise
