SpondonBassed Posted May 21 Share Posted May 21 My living room AV processor stopped working for no obvious reason on Saturday morning. I switched it on as usual and the home screen from the Humax PVR showed but without sound. I switched off and then on again but this time, nothing. The TV could no longer see anything connected via HDMI and there was no sound apart from the quiet "pft" that always accompanies an input change. None of the sources work despite the AVR display showing the input change as if nothing is wrong. I've initially tried unplugging and re plugging cables but that has not changed anything. Skinnyman Posted June 4 Share Posted June 4 I assume your setup is like mine? Everything plugged into the AVR box and a single HDMI into the back of the telly? Could it be a duff HDMI cable? A duff TV input? Duff output on the Humax? Is there another HDMI input in the TV that you could try? Or another TV that you could use for test purposes? Or try the Humax box direct into the TV?
