Musicman stingray pre Ernie 1979 - *WITHDRAWN* £3800 Cumbria/ Sussex

Up for grabs is my extremely clean & awesome Feb 1979 stingray, it's had a full pro set up by Andy Warnock & is currently strung with Diadario chrome flats, everything is completely original & the condition is prob the best I've seen, I have hung on to this for some yrs & now it's time to let someone else have the pleasure. The bass itself hasn't done a lot of work since leaving the factory, it's a bit of a one off this one, no original case but it comes in a hiscox, the balance is perfect, action is low, truss rod works perfectly either way , electronics are untouched & all original. This has the non epoxy original pre amp. 
I'm firm on the price, if you want the best it's here, I'm not desperate & it will go away for another 15 yrs if needs be 👍

Hi, That's a nice and clean bass! What is the neck date, body date and S/N? Can you please make pictures of these dates as well as of the electronics? Are the solder joints untouched? Is the neck straight and is low action possible? Does the truss rod have room both ways to manoeuvre? Many thanks!

This is a very nice bass! It is a bit above what I can afford now but should you decide to adapt your price, I am more than happy to take it of your hands. Thanks for having provided the pics of the electronics and neck date.!
