I had a set of the 45-105 strings on my Sire last year (managed to score some for 999 points on the D'Addario website) and they lasted me for six months including a very intense period of 3 months or so learning 20 songs for my current band. They're now my emergency "oh cripes I broke a string" set as they're still usable albeit a bit deader than I like.
