leschirons Posted January 15, 2023 Share Posted January 15, 2023 (edited) Okay, sorry it's not a bass we're talking about but does anyone know what's going on with Epiphone/Gibson tone pots? Brother has an Epi Les Paul and an Epi 335. I have a 335 and it seems that 90% of the tone rolls off in the last 15% of the pot movement. Is this normal? Any ideas? uncle psychosis Posted January 15, 2023 Share Posted January 15, 2023 That is pretty much what happens with linear taper tone pots. You may want to swap them for audio taper pots.
