Mac friendly practise setup

Hi guys, any recommendations, I’m looking for a unit I can plug my Mac into , my bass and headphones just to play along  for practise using amazing slow downer/Anytune etc on my Mac, I don’t need to record, I have the original Irig but don’t find it the best, I’m not looking for expensive stuff up to maybe £50 new/sh, thanks

I use a new Zoom B1 with a 2014 Mac Mini with headphones. I mostly play along to stuff the band has recorded on garageband and is on my iTunes.

I did play with all the settings on the Zoom, but I mostly use the Bassman sim. It all works perfectly for me. The built in tuner is really useful, too.

I’ll take a look thanks guys, does it take the sound from the macs lineout/headphone socket?
