Yamaha RBX375 Headstock Perspex Vibrating

The Perspex panel on the bass is vibrating with low notes on the E and B string. Has anyone else had this and how did you fix it?

Does it stop if you touch or press down on the plastic piece?

Yes. I could just  put some epoxy under it but that is a bit permanant.

That sounds like the solution to me. If the end result is invisible then you have nothing to worry about. The plastic piece isn’t designed to come off so nobody would ever know anyway.
