jim_bass Posted June 7, 2010 Share Posted June 7, 2010 Bought an MXR M80 Bass DI from Dan. Pedal looked pristine, but was faulty. He started off with lots of helpful advice to check the pedal, but when I explained that it was definitely a problem with the pedal he wasn't interested. After much messing around, he stopped replying to my PM's. 3 Months later, and the pedal has been sent off for repair, it's better -but is still not 100%. In the end this has cost me the almost the price of a new pedal and lot more faffing around than I would have hoped for. A very nice bass, exactly as described, perfectly packaged - and at a very good price. Good comms throughout, and a very easy and painless deal. Recommended!
