bassalbert Posted January 14 Share Posted January 14 In this video Leland plays a song he already played three years ago: Rita Coolidge's RUNNING ON EMPTY. in this ocasion he plays a totally diferent line. if you look in the archives and compare the two versions you'll see what I mean. nevertheless, the spirit of the song is kept perfectly and he places his fills almost in the same exact spots. is one of those few times when two diferent bass line fit perfectly in the same song and doesn't change it.
