Comes with official Zoom soft case, instructions, and power supply (it can also run off batteries). Memory card not included. I used it for recording rehearsals and gigs. I haven't any expertise/training in recording, but I found it very easy to use. For mixing, you can do it all within the Zoom R24, or transfer the WAV files onto a computer.
