Scooby Posted July 11, 2016 Share Posted July 11, 2016 (edited) This excellent P Bass was acquired in a trade and, although absolutely gorgeous and plays fantastically well, I find the body size on Fender basses uncomfortable after a while. So, not wanting a lovely bass to sit around unloved, here it is for someone to hug, love and cherish...and perhaps play it? It is a [color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]Fender Precision USA from 2005. It has some superb upgrades:[/font][/color] [color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]1. White finish with nitro finish (this paint was used by Fender in 60s). [/font][/color] [color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]2. All hardware was changed with brand new black components: Hipshot tuners, Badass bridge and Dunlop strap buttons.[/font][/color] [color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]3. Brand new Seymour Duncan Antiquity II pick-ups for a vintage sound.[/font][/color] [color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]4. [/quote] Unfortunately, no you cannot string through the body. However, there are several bridge manufacturers who do make string through bridges in black.
