Truckstop Posted June 2, 2016 Share Posted June 2, 2016 Hello all, I'm in the Peak District for weekend and I was wondering if anyone knew of anything interesting going on in its towns or surrounding cities. I'll be based in Matlock then Bakewell. Happy to drive out of the actual PD. Sport, music, art - whatever. Just need something to make the evenings interesting! Chris Sharman Posted June 2, 2016 Share Posted June 2, 2016 Belper goes green festival just down the road from Matlock (well...about 8 miles down the road) usually an interesting event with a nice selection of ales/ciders and trainable from Matlock [b][size=2][i](government advice - don't drink and drive)[/i][/size][/b]. Just happens to feature local band "Water for Dogs" headlining the Friday night of the event. I would say I am in no way affiliated with the band but that would be a lie...
