Bought this recently from eBay (from Japan), because I fancied trying a medium scale (32") bass and this was going for a reasonable price, because it needed a minor repair. As you can see, it's not in the greatest of cosmetic condition but that didn't matter to me; I see inner beauty :) .

Nice tone, just not for me. Not into the dual humbucker thing it turns out, though I'm warming to the medium scale. This has a coil tap on a push/pull pot, so you can have it single coil, like a jazz as well. Controls are volume, blend and tone (with coil tap).

The bridge at one point had fine adjustment screws, probably, but there's no need for them. When I got it, it needed the coil tap replacing, so I had new strings and a setup as well. This was done by Chris Ward, of Bass Center fame. It plays like a dream.

This bass owes me £250 but l'm not realistically going to get that.

Trade for lightweight bass (around 7-9lbs would be ideal) or some really decent 2x10 or 2x12 cabs.

I'm tempted at this price! I've been after a 32 scale for some time.

A question though, is it missing a strap button? I can't see how it would be worn.

Ah, well spotted! I pinched it temporarily for another bass but put it back now.
