I emailed Nordstrand tonight at 9.45pm with a techy question about one of their custom / legacy pre-amps. 19 minutes later i had the answer I was looking for.....yes

As the advert goes..... "If Carslberg did pre-amp customer support....."

I had a recent, similar experience with Nordy regrading recommended pickup height; top rate! I've also had super customer service from DiMarzio, Tech 21 and Phil Jones in the past. Some companies just 'get it'.
