Sold: Project Bass / Bass body - loaded
£35

Recommended Posts

So, friends, are you looking fro your next bass-build challenge?
Want something to get stuck into?

Here's a bass I bought as it is and I don't have time to work on, or the resources to do the main part.

In the most part it's as good as it looks. It's a Spector Performer. They sell for about £275 - 300 ish and this is in great condition.....

Except it's previous owner tried adjusting the truss rod, and wound it so tight he wrecked the hex-head on the adjuster. In short it my need a new TR or someone who has greater resources than I do to fix it.

What it does have going for it:

Solid wood body, with some modest weight to it; in almost mint condition.
2 soapbar pups
Pots with nice push-on knobs.
60mm pocket.
Bridge - not BBOT or Hi-mass, something in between.

Here's the full description and the price!

All yours, as it is for £35

I'll have second refusal in case! I have a blue one of these with a dinged body, this would be a fab upgrade.
