BASainty Posted May 5, 2015 Share Posted May 5, 2015 Tonight ill be using my new rig at practice. An Eden Nemesis 650NA head into an Ashdown 4x8 and a 1x15. Both are 8ohm. When hooking up the cabs can you connect one cab to the other and then attach one cab to the head? Does that give the same result as connecting both cabs straight into the head? dmccombe7 Posted May 5, 2015 Share Posted May 5, 2015 Yes when you connect both cabs they are usually connected in parallel and therefore giving you 4ohms load which is then linked to the amp.
