Price or Trade Value: £750

I’m selling my Fender ‘60s Road Worn Jazz Bass (4 string) – 3 Colour Sunburst. I’ve had this bass from new and it has never been gigged. It comes with original soft case and case candy (see photos). I have had this bass previously professionally set up along with a fret dress (via SGL Guitars). It plays really well and has a great tone. I’m no expert in Jazz basses but you only have search on youTube for these basses to see that they get pretty favourable reviews. Local viewing is welcomed (West Wales), although if this is not possible I can provide as many photos as required.

These seem to be selling around the £1100 mark new. So this is a bargain!

Basschat Feedback:

I have previously sold a bass here and bought one. Please check out my feedback:

eBay Feedback:

I have also previously sold three basses via ebay (a Warwick Corvette Fretless Standard, a Fender Precision Lyte and a Warwick Corvette Hot Rod ). Purchasers were extremely pleased with the basses, the accuracy of the listing information, delivery and overall service. My eBay profile and feedback is here:

Shipping and Trades:

I’m prepared ship and can discuss shipping costs depending on location.

I’m not really looking for any trades, but may consider a Sandberg VM4 Hard Core Aged bass.

I bought one of these a short while back, from someone on this very forum
At the time, I wasn't a huge fan of Fenders
But my RW Jazz has changed my outlook completely

Bought specifically to fit in with the "look" of a band / project I'm in
but snapped up as soon as I had played it,
My RW Jazz is my favourite bass guitar ever

A great look, great tone and feeling sooooo comfortable to play
I've played many a bass, and quite a number of Jazzes
This beats even 2 really nice US's I've owned

Have a bump, for a simply fantastic bass
Believe me, if you try one of these and you like Jazzes, you WILL want this bass
And yes, there's one in a shop in Cardiff, and it's £1100.....
I'd love a RW P in Fiesta Red .....drool!

SOLD - pending payment!

Thank you guys above for your positive comments. It really made me think hard about selling this bass - I hope I don't regret..... These RW series are great. I bought the P version based on the quality of the J. At the time I thought I hated P basses! Well the P version has totally converted me!
