Damo200 Posted August 13, 2014 Share Posted August 13, 2014 (edited) With great reluctance (and to appease the blond coffer), I am selling my Ken Smith BSR5MW walnut custom bolt on (not burner) handcrafted in USA. It is in excellent condition with no obvious dings or scratches. This bass has an incredibly smooth and consistent action and super versatile tone controls. Though some people might feel that the through-neck models are a bit too smooth and studio sounding, the bolt ons have a bit more bark and can truly play as dirty as any Sadowsky etc. Although I'm not a slapper myself, several players (including a leading professional) have commented that the slap tone is the best they've heard on any instrument.
