SOLD

Just purchased from BC's michinho. I had to give it a try and I believe it to probably be the only one in the UK. It is a pretty awesome pedal but I can't quite justify keeping it to replace my current COG arsenal and it is slightly more old school than my current SS setup.
Anyway, it's a two channel 100% analogue valve-based bass overdrive. I have tried a lot of valve -based pedals and been underwhelmed by all of them. However, this thing really is a "big 'ole valve amp" in a little box. Creates a glorious sound and low noise too. A very impressive piece of machinery.
Simple controls, two gains for the two channels, master tone and master volume. Footswitches for effect on/off and for switching between channel 1 and 2.

Only a few months old, in perfect condition, with 12V AC adapter. £175 posted to you in the UK.

Heres are pics and some soundclips I have just done of the pedal. The first is mainly on both pickups of a PJ bass. First riff is the clean tone, then the pedal is switched on and the gain is simply increased for subsequent riffs. The bass is switched to the P pickup at 1:49

2nd demo, similar to the first but all on the P pickup. Note how incredibly transparent the pedal is and also the complete lack of background noise - most noticeable right at the end, when on full gain ... the note cuts off and there is simply silence !

Also, how big is this...info on the ground seems pretty slim. Thanks

The main body of the box of the pedal, excluding all switches and knobs is 14.2cm x 9.2cm x 4.7cm.

And not really actively looking for trades, except a P/Ex maybe for an Ibanez SR505. However, you can always try me. I might be tempted !

Looks similar to the Swell Pedals .

Swell became Myco. Same chap, just changed the name. Mainly, I have read, because Googling for "Swell" brings up several billion hits. Googling "Myco" is rather more specific, although you will also discover a rather pleasant looking Japanese actress of that name .....
