tim126 Posted March 6, 2014 Share Posted March 6, 2014 (edited) Hi All, So, I've had this for a few years now, gathering dust in it's padded gig bag (complete with strap, spare strings, pot of talc)... bought it when I was doing some jazz stuff with a "rehearsal band", used it a few times, then moved on from that band.... and it's really not right that such a potentially useful instrument should be sitting idle... It's generally reckoned to be as close to the sound of a Double Bass as you can get without buying a Double Bass, incredibly compact and portable, really easy to play (although with Silicon strings you do need the talc, otherwise your fingers tend to stick a bit!), great to chuck in the car as a spare/get-you-out-of-trouble at a gig...
