Anyone with a Dremel, a few grades of sandpaper and an ounce of common sense can make a very nice scratchplate BTW. I'm surprised more of you don't have a go at it yourselves. [/quote] Because I'd still have to buy a blank sheet of scratchplate material which would probably cost more than getting a 'plate made by Howard?
