escholl Posted July 2, 2008 Share Posted July 2, 2008 hey all- new here, just joined a few days ago but loving what i've seen so far onto the topic, does anyone know of a place in the UK where i can get firewire strings? only one place i've found, stringbusters, and they're currently out of stock. i'm hesitant to order them off ebay all the way from canada, but that seems like it might be the only option. i would wait, but i really need new strings atm and i'm also impatient! haha and before anyone can say anything, yes, i know there are other strings out there that are very good as well, but really, i've been wanting to give these a go for some months now but, if there's a string out there i don't know about that's strong, moderately bright, long lasting and under 25, i'm all ears! bass_ferret Posted July 9, 2008 Share Posted July 9, 2008 You will find lots of string factions on here. The DR, Elixir and TI Jazz Flats factions are probably the most prolific.
