fretless jazz

Im after a fretless bass and saw this on ebay...

it just doesnt look like any jazz Ive seen... modded and sanded quite a lot... apparently mahogany.
any thoughts guys?

Whatever it is, it's not a Fender.

almost looks like someone's veneered it the stuff they out on flat pack furniture chipboard.

I think the idea of the neck screws was to plug the holes... to be more.... aesthetically pleasing :huh:

I think someone's hit it with the ugly stick too hard too often.

I may be mad, but i'm getting a distinct sense of De ja vu with this listing... i think i've seen this bass before... :)
