So this is what I am looking for! It has been serviced by the german distributor in Nov. 2012 (invoice included). The effect loop jacks have been replaced. ryancowell25 Posted January 18, 2013 Share Posted January 18, 2013 I absolutely love my Walkabout. I've owned Markbass, Genz and Tecamp. The Walkabout stands head and shoulders above all three in my honest opinion as a proper lightweight rock head. Played a gig before Christmas with the Walkabout into a Barefaced Midget at a medium sized venue with a load of bands. One of the other bass players had bought some old Ampeg gear and of course everyone was queuing up to borrow that because it looked huge. The Walkabout absolutely slayed it tone wise through the Midget and was crazy loud and I walked out that night without anyone trying to borrow my gear.
