I was lucky to try some of them out recently and they're really good - much better than the stock valves I had in my amp and pre-amp before. Especially the 1965 Millard, which sounded great in my Hughes & Kettner amp. I opted for the Sylvania in the end but only because the difference between it and the Millard was quite marginal, and the Sylvania was that much cheaper. Otherwise..
