Anyhow, Dave just bought a set of DB strings off me and all went swimmingly I know DB strings are sometimes a bit hit-and-miss on any given instrument but hopefully they are exactly what you need Dave! Caution Posted November 9, 2012 Share Posted November 9, 2012 Thanks Clarky, you were really helpful and accommodating. Spirocore Solos at concert pitch are an option I enjoyed very much, though only briefly, about eight years ago. Since then I've been using unwrapped gut, but I think it's time to have both in the house. Thanks also to Mr Bassman for flagging up the Solos to me.
