buelljack Posted July 20, 2012 Share Posted July 20, 2012 I love Peavey equipment, I currently use a 450 max head with either a 2x10 peavey cab, a 4x10 peavey cab, or a 2x10 1x 18 peavey cab depending on the venue. However I made the mistake a few years ago of selling my practice amp, a 300w 1x15 combo with a 1x15 cab for £200. At the time Peavey equipment was all over ebay and quiet cheap for used amps and cabs. So now I am on the hunt for a Firebass amp, cannot find one anywhere, and when I do it seems to be at a crazy price, has something happened to cause this or are people more aware of the value of this brand?? or am I just being a typical Yorkshireman and peny pinching?!?!
