Robert Manning Posted May 4, 2012 Share Posted May 4, 2012 Hello everyone, this just came in the post!... happy days. no, it makes a horrible sound, a crackling distorted sound that is reflective on the low notes in particular. well i filmed it and you can hear the noise... anyone heard it before? •tried different cable •its not my house •the issue down not happen when headphones are used!, I'm calling thomman tomorrow... thing is i don't know if they will charge me to send it back! It's their responsibility to collect it and replace with new.Tell them you need a replacement ASAP. PS I thought all Rickenbackers sounded like that! Have you tried it through a different cab?
